Alex Brusilovsky is an accomplished legal professional, having been practicing law since 2001. Alex has obtained favorable results for hundreds of clients on a wide variety of legal matters. Alex concentrates his practice on family law, criminal defense, immigration, guardianship, and juvenile protection.
As a divorce law attorney, Alex has worked on virtually every aspect of family law. Alex has a wealth of experience with custody and parenting time issues; child support and spousal maintenance matters; and property division. Alex has the expertise to help clients at every stage of their divorce proceedings, whether before divorce is initiated or even after it has been finalized.
Alex has successfully represented clients on a wide range of criminal matters, from attempted murder to DWI, from shoplifting to assault, from disorderly conduct to hit-and-run. Prior to graduation from Law School, Alex worked for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, Adult Criminal Prosecution Division.
As an immigration attorney, Alex has helped many individuals to obtain legal status in the United States and ultimately attain citizenship. Alex specializes in family immigration, and has helped many families re-unite.
Alex is dedicated to serving individuals with special needs. Alex previously served as a member of Hennepin and Ramsey Counties Guardianship Panels, and represented hundreds of impaired individuals in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, making sure that their rights are protected and that they are treated with respect and dignity by the Court system. Alex also has the expertise to help with other probate-related matters, such as Wills, and estate administration.
As a member of the Guardian Ad Litem Panel with the Hennepin County Juvenile Court and the State of Minnesota Guardian Ad Litem Board, Alex has represented many Guardians Ad Litem in child protection cases.
